RV Resort Information & Guidelines

Arrival, Departure & Quiet Hours

• Check-in: 12:00 PM or later.
• Check-out: Your site must be vacant by 11:00 AM.
• Quiet time: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• All guests and visitors must register at the Resort Office before going to a site.

RV Sites & Vehicles

• The resort speed limit is 5 MPH.
• Keep your parking permit visible for the duration of your stay.
• Return parking permits and access cards at checkout.
• No ATV/UTV riding is allowed within the resort or on Tribal land.
• A maximum of two vehicles per site is permitted.
• Extra trailers are allowed only with an office permit.
• Vehicles must be parked on pavement.
• Cab-over campers must remain on the truck; tents are not allowed.
• All RVs must be self-contained.
• RVs more than 10 years old may be accepted when they are in good condition, at the discretion of management.
• RV sites are assigned. Any site changes must be approved by the Resort Office.
• Use large rocks to cover and/or secure the sewer cover.
• Commercial RV washing is permitted only when using approved vendors listed by the resort.

Pet Guidelines

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Eagle View RV Resort. To help maintain a comfortable environment for all guests:

• A maximum of two pets per site is permitted.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash.
• Please pick up after your pets, including inside the dog park.
• Barking and dangerous dogs will not be tolerated.
• Only service dogs are permitted inside the clubhouse and office.

Pool & Spa

• Pool hours are 6:00 AM–10:00 PM.
• There is no lifeguard on duty.
• Guests use the pool at their own risk.
• Children under age 14 must be supervised at all times.
• Children are not permitted in the spa.

Resort Courtesy & Conduct

Please help us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable resort environment for everyone.

• Respect other guests by not walking through occupied sites. Use roads and walking trails.
• Shirts and shoes must be worn in the clubhouse and office at all times.
• Wet clothing is not permitted in the clubhouse or office.
• Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
• Skateboards, rollerblades and scooters are not allowed on walkways around the office and laundry area.
• Smoking is not permitted inside resort buildings. Please dispose of cigarette and cigar butts properly.
• The Verde River is closed.
• No open campfires are permitted. Propane firepits are allowed.
• Fireworks, narcotics, campfires, clotheslines, storage sheds, discharging fluids onto the grounds, loud music or noise, and running generators are prohibited.
• Please respect the peaceful environment of the resort by limiting noise from vehicles, including motorcycles.
• Please report leaking motor vehicles to the Resort Office.

Trash & Laundry

Trash

• Trash is picked up daily from 7:00 AM–10:00 AM.
• Place tied plastic trash bags at the front entrance of your site, not on the road.
• Do not place bagged trash outside overnight, as it may attract wildlife.
• At all other times, use the dumpsters located behind the office.
• Please help keep the resort litter-free, including cigarette and cigar butts and pet waste.

Laundry

• A change machine is available in the laundry room.
• Please remove clothes promptly at the end of the cycle.

Wildlife & Tribal Lands

Eagle View RV Resort is located in the Sonoran Desert and on Tribal land. Please respect the surrounding environment and wildlife.

• Do not feed wildlife or stray animals.
• Fishing is prohibited on Tribal land.
• During warmer months, watch for snakes. Do not disturb them; contact the Resort Office or police for removal.
• Keep gates latched and closed.
